The LSC co-curricular transcript is a document describing a student’s involvement in extracurricular activities.  This transcript is a student self-supported and advisor certified list of activities. The activities include leadership and organizational activities in a club, committee or program.  Any recognition bestowed on an individual based upon college activities.  Membership of any chartered organization on campus that required a contribution of time or energy.  Programs that relate to personal and career development i.e. seminars, conferences, and other educational or professional experiences are included in the transcript. To receive your copy of a co-curricular transcript, contact the Director of Student Life.  The transcript can be picked up or mailed to the individual.
