Fiscal Responsibility – Organization advisors will act as the approving authority for organization funds.  Advisors are to insure that these funds are in accordance with all MnSCU and LSC policies and procedures.  The Director of Student Life is the authorizing authority of expenditures for all student organizations.  Purchase orders and payment requests will not be authorized and processed without both student and advisor signatures on the request.
